2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the si6xs platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. si6xs takes underage gambling seriously and will close any account found to have been registered by a person under 18, with any balance returned to the originating deposit source.
2.2 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the si6xs platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. si6xs does not represent that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If online gambling is prohibited where you are located, you must not use si6xs.
2.3 si6xs reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at any time if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on si6xs. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. si6xs may require documentary verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC verification) at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC for Pakistani residents), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. si6xs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
3.4 Accounts must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any third party.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on si6xs are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, debit card, USDT TRC20, UnionPay, Visa/Mastercard, and Skrill. Available methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits are generally credited to your si6xs account within minutes of successful confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed once account verification (KYC) has been completed. Verified accounts receive withdrawals via the method used for the originating deposit where possible. si6xs reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 si6xs does not charge platform-level transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider charges, if any, are outside si6xs's control.
4.5 You may only deposit funds from payment sources that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are prohibited.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and validity periods. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.
5.2 Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, and payment method. 5.4 Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
6.1 All casino games offered on si6xs are operated by licensed third-party providers. Individual game rules are governed by the respective provider's rules, which are accessible within each game. si6xs is not responsible for errors or malfunctions originating within third-party game software.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sports event, si6xs reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This decision is final.
6.3 Sports betting markets, including cricket betting odds for PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and other events, are set by si6xs. si6xs reserves the right to void, settle, or re-settle any market where there is evidence of pricing error, data feed error, or event outcome ambiguity.
6.4 Maximum win limits may apply per game or market. These are displayed within the respective game or betting interface and may be updated without prior notice.

8.1 All content on the si6xs platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of si6xs or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any si6xs content without express written authorisation.
9.1 Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the si6xs Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using si6xs, you consent to the data practices described therein.
9.2 si6xs may share personal data with third parties where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or where required by applicable law.
10.1 si6xs is committed to responsible gaming. Players aged 18 and above may use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, wager limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. During any self-exclusion period, si6xs will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from creating new accounts and to decline any attempted deposit from a known self-excluded account.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, si6xs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or platform unavailability.
11.2 si6xs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect platform availability.
11.3 Your use of si6xs is at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. si6xs does not guarantee any specific outcome or profitability.
12.1 You may close your si6xs account at any time by contacting support. Any verified available balance will be returned to you via the standard withdrawal method after any pending bonus conditions are resolved.
12.2 si6xs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to complete verification. In such cases, si6xs may withhold balances pending investigation.
13.1 si6xs may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of si6xs following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which si6xs operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the si6xs dispute resolution process before any external escalation.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
